・コース 市営台ケ原駐車場 → 台ケ原宿 → 白須信号 → 中山古道 → 中山峠 → 中山展望台 → 中山砦跡 → 根古屋尾根 → 曲足林道登山口 → 台ケ原下入口 → 台ケ原宿看板前
・距　離 約7km(台ケ原から標高890ｍの中山砦まで標高差310mを登り降りする山道です)
・集　合 9時　北杜市営台ケ原駐車場
・解　散 12時30分頃　台ケ原宿看板前 　解散後は台ケ原宿散策を楽しんでください
